Our Mission is to provide courteous, friendly, ethical, “adding-value-assessment”, accredited registration - certification services with integrity. We are a consumer-centric accredited management systems certification body with mission, values and vision  that enhances operations and administration performance of client-organizations. As a consumer-centric management systems certification body we abide to a signatory legally binding charter to the protection of consumers.

BRS serves customers as a mean to protect consumers worldwide with competent management systems certifications based on our values and purpose (to the protection of consumers). Through operations in Europe, Euro Asia, America and Asia Pacific provides us the understanding to the needs of regions across the world, and these global resources provide expertise and best-in-class competence in certification processes. To this effect, our client retention is unparalleled in the industry for information reporting and value adding principles.

Our client base includes organizations and governments as we focus our commit to the highest professional principles and standards as a basis to relationships with through the management systems markets. Accreditation derives from an honorable and noble purpose extending worldwide across borders. Our expertise and purpose to collaborate in the protection of communities and consumers is a legally binding commitment. We have also provided training to peer certification bodies and organizations contributing to the protection of consumers worldwide.

Integrity | Red Ruby...one of the "cornerstones" by which organizations select BRS. Client-organization entrust us to perform critical activities in contributing to improve operations focusing on competitiveness and reduction of risk performance through adding-value-assessment (A-V-A™) for the protection of communities and consumers. We carry conformity assessment and certification with moral purpose and ethics. In abiding to accreditation based ISO/IEC 17021, ISO/IEC 27006, ISO/TS 22003, ISO/IEC 17020 and others with integrity, we are entrusted to carry our own body of BRS network of professionals (assessors and technical experts) under accreditation ISO/IEC 17024:2003, as well ISO Guide 65 for branding.

We maintain open communication and deliver straight talk as through vigilance we focuses on discontinuance of technology, regulatory requirements, and market trends as these may affect client-organizations and consumers. Social Responsibility | Emerald Green - Provide a path for honoring the language and spirit of the law of every nation and undertake open and fair activities demonstrating to be a good citizen across boundaries. We are on location within a national Forest Reserve as demonstration that we maintain social responsibility that can translucently be integral to assessing client-organizations in maintaining social responsibilities and accountability. And for which we consider aspects relevant to those risks that clients face including environmental, safety and health issues, while considering the nature of products such that focuses on preventative measures, et al protection of consumers. As a USA based corporation we apply as guidance the principles and intent of Acts that includes Gramm-Leach-Bliley and Sarbanes-Oxley Acts, on matters of confidentiality.

Short Summary of the History of BRS

Pre international management systems era, in 1984 a global network of professionals starts operating in Southern California  providing consulting and training worldwide in the fields of quality, health, medical, food, safety, energy, security, and environmental matters.

Since 1984, this global network carries a mission and values that are client-centric and begin to light with little rewarding, as we help clients make a distinctive and lasting improvements in business performance. Nineteen (19) years later, in 2003 the BRS certification - registration body rises and the global network officially ceases consulting activities in response to clients. And continuing its roots in Southern California through a mission, vision and values BRS grows globally through North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and extending through Euro Asia and the Middle East, yet reaffirming that operations are sustain from its Southern California Rim of the World base.

While not necessary as the ISO determines, BRS opts in 2005 to achieve national accreditation status through the EC - EA and in 2009 completes transition to the USA based International Accreditation Platform, which currently holds for the protection of consumers by ;legally binding agreement. BRS equally establishes global benchmarks, and one of such benchmark is the first accredited certification - registration body with ISO/IEC 17024 as originally required by a National Accreditation entity for the development and certification of BRS exclusive professionals, as well the first to meet ISO/IEC 17021 (requirements for certification bodies) and in 2008 ISO/IEC 27006 and ISO/TS 27006. Another BRS first, and most likely the only, certification - registration body with an integrated management system for certification of QMS ISO 9000, QMS MDD ISO 13485 - 21 CFR 820, EMS ISO 14000, FSMS ISO 22000, HACCP MS, OSHMS, ISMS ISO/IEC 27001, and Social responsibility Accountability (SrA). These actions demonstrate the BRS innovative spirit and one which California is known worldwide.
