The terms herein disclosed are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the U.S. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by BRS.
Legal Notices
BRS is a US based legal organization with base of operations in California. For promotional purposes, BRS refers to regions BRS Europe, BRS Eurasia, BRS Middles East & North Africa, BRS Asia Pacific, BRS North America, and BRS MERCOSUR.
Some of these are recognized to conduct approved public training venues.
Statutory and Coverage Information
For worldwide operations based out the U.S. have agreement with delegates to conduct BRS exclusive assessments. The previous information is provided to comply with regulatory statutes that require disclosure of coverage to business transaction.
